Pool Deck With Sports Bar
One-off custom pool deck design for an Indiana client. Designed with exotic curves to sit flush with an existing stone laid patio for the ultimate outdoor entertainment space. This deck features a 33' in-ground pool, a lounge area, fire pit and an extremely challenging sports bar. The bar features a completely custom design entailing custom cut granite tops with LED under lighting, a gas bar top linear fire place, riverstone bases, built in mini fridge, four sets of taps, imported mahogany planks, and three smart TV's. This pool deck is truly second to none.

Traditional Cedar

Traditional Remodel
A traditional style home with a modern remodel. Originally built in 1993, the home was ready for an update. PMDGraphics worked closely with the client to determine materials, colors, and a redesigned front porch entry. The brick is revived with layers of lime-wash to create a modern appeal to a more traditional design. We replaced the existing Hardie Board in the gables with bamboo and resin made cedar wood (look) cladding. The existing trim was painted black to match the new black cased windows all throughout the home. To top the home off new garage doors and black gutters / downspouts were added to complete this homes remodel.

Canadian Cabin
This one-off custom home crafted with a series of hard maples located somewhere in southern Canada features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a walkout basement, car lift, and an elaborate kitchen design. Cafe Concept
Not your average cafe. Dreamed by designer Preston Meihls, this Starbucks cafe is something from a futuristic age. The exterior shell of the building is cloaked in wood cladding with massive illuminated LED accents. Large river-stone flooring waterfalls over the edge of the floor and is met by the large custom cut glass wall. The glass wall is mirrored on both sides of the building to give full transparency of your surroundings. This model does not have the capability to produce Starbucks products, but most certainly could be fitted in an updated model.

Marble Master Bath
This master bathroom is the first finished piece of the largest rendered model PMDGraphics has ever done. The home is modeled closely off Harry Warner's 1923 Beverly Hills Estate. The home was recently listed for $34,000,000. This model does not represent what is actually inside the estate, this is a modified version of what could be within the home. Right off you will notice the intense black marble tile within the entire room and a ceramic black ceiling. Including two corner water features with a connecting water feature below, and a walk in tub the size of a large jacuzzi. The 270 degree glass shower features an entirely custom cut marble fixture with custom cut flush mount water jets on both sides and above. A convenient marble bench within the shower makes for a comfortable experience. This one-off bathroom design will surely hit the modern eye of anyone looking to modernize their home. This bathroom boldly neglects using a single light fixture, this space was designed to have 2" (Waterfall exception) wide programable LED accent lighting cut into the marble to illuminate the entire space.

Modern Apartment
A complete remodel on a quadplex home that was originally built in the late 1800s. This luxury downtown unitt will be completely gutted and include a redesigned kitchen. In the apartment there are black cabinets, black stainless appliances, black sink, black shower and a black ceramic toilet. White and a series of grays on the walls will offset the black features. All light fixtures and the glass shower door frame have a brushed nickel finish. Custom doors for all the rooms including a barn door for the bath room. The unit features two staircases, one as you enter the unit and another to access a second story bonus room (not pictured).
